本サービス（ocialingo〈オショリンゴ〉、以下「本サービス」）における個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。本ポリシーは、韓国「個人情報保護法（PIPA）」および日本の利用者に対する「個人情報の保護に関する法律（APPI）」に基づきます。本サービスは現在、無料ベータ版であり、課金・決済は行っていません。

認証およびセッション維持／韓国語学習サービスの提供／発音・会話フィードバックのための音声の文字起こし／韓国語音声の合成／レッスン・チャット応答の生成／学習履歴の管理／セキュリティ・不正利用防止・障害対応。
本サービスは、上記目的に必要な範囲で以下の事業者にデータ処理を委託します。一部は日本・韓国国外（米国）への移転を伴います。

米国（OpenAI・Google）への移転は国外移転に該当し、データ処理契約に基づき同等水準の安全管理措置を講じて処理します。移転先の国の個人情報保護制度に関する情報は、上記お問い合わせ先までご請求いただけます。現在、外部（第三者クラウド）へのバックアップは行っておらず、データは上記ホスティング先（日本・東京）にのみ保存されます。
マイク音声は、利用者が発音練習機能を能動的に使用している間のみ録音され、文字起こしのために OpenAI（米国）へ送信されます。音声およびその文字起こしは 約30日経過後に削除されます。当該音声は話者識別・声紋作成には使用しません。第三者のモデル学習への利用については、OpenAI の API 利用規約に従い、既定ではモデル学習に使用されない設定で送信します（詳細は変更される場合があります）。通信は TLS で暗号化されます。
アカウント情報・チャット履歴はアカウント削除まで保持し、削除時に消去します。音声・文字起こしは約30日で自動削除します。前述のとおり外部バックアップは行っていません。
利用者は、個人情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止・同意の撤回を請求できます。上記お問い合わせ先（inabe.609@gmail.com）までご連絡ください。ご請求には概ね1か月以内に対応します。
本サービスは、ログイン状態維持のための必須セッション Cookie（httpOnly）に加え、サービス改善のためのアクセス解析ツール「Google アナリティクス（Google LLC 提供）」を使用します。Google アナリティクスは Cookie 等を利用して、閲覧ページ・ブラウザ情報・おおよその地域・流入元などの情報を Google 社のサーバーへ送信します。これらは匿名のトラフィック分析のために利用され、氏名やメールアドレスと結び付けられることはありません。詳細は Google のポリシー をご覧ください。無効化は オプトアウト アドオン から可能です。広告目的の追跡 Cookie は使用しません。
TLS による通信暗号化、アクセス制御等の安全管理措置を講じます。個人データの漏えい等が法令上の要件に該当する場合、監督機関への報告および本人への通知を行います。本サービスは14歳未満の方を対象としていません。
当運営者は韓国 PIPA を遵守し、日本の利用者については日本 APPI を遵守します。本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定し、重要な変更は本ページで告知します。
This policy explains how ocialingo ("the Service") handles personal data. The operator is based in the Republic of Korea and complies with Korea's PIPA and, for users in Japan, Japan's APPI. The Service is currently a free beta with no billing or payments.

We do not collect payment/card data (the free beta has no payment feature).
Authentication and session maintenance; delivering the tutoring service; transcribing speech for pronunciation/conversation feedback; synthesizing spoken Korean; generating lesson/chat responses; maintaining learning history; security and abuse prevention.

Transfers to the United States (OpenAI, Google) are cross-border transfers, made under data-processing agreements with equivalent safeguards. We currently keep no external/third-party cloud backups; data is stored only at the hosting location above (Tokyo, Japan).
Microphone audio is recorded only while you actively use speaking practice, and sent to OpenAI (US) for transcription. Audio and transcript are deleted after about 30 days. It is not used for speaker identification or voiceprints, and is sent with OpenAI API settings that by default exclude it from model training (subject to change). Transfers are encrypted (TLS).
Account data and chat logs are kept until you delete your account, then erased. Voice and transcripts are auto-deleted after ~30 days. As noted, no external backups are kept.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and withdrawal of consent via inabe.609@gmail.com. We respond within about one month.
We use a strictly-necessary httpOnly session cookie, plus Google Analytics (Google LLC) for anonymous traffic analysis (pages viewed, browser info, approximate region, referral source). This data is not linked to your name or email. See Google's policy; opt out here. No advertising tracking cookies are used.
We use TLS and access controls. We notify the authority and affected users of qualifying breaches. The Service is not directed to children under 14.
We comply with Korea PIPA and, for users in Japan, Japan APPI. We post material changes on this page.
