本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社オショル（주식회사 오셜、大韓民国法人。以下「当方」）が提供する韓国語学習サービス「ocialingo（オショリンゴ）」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本サービスは、AIを活用した韓国語学習（レッスン、会話練習、発音練習、文法解説等）をウェブ／PWA として提供します。当方は、本サービスの内容を予告なく変更・追加・停止することがあります。
一部機能の利用には Google アカウントによるログインが必要です。利用者は、自己のアカウントの管理に責任を負い、不正利用が判明した場合は速やかに当方へ連絡するものとします。
本サービスは現在、無料ベータ版であり、課金・決済はありません。将来的に有料プランを導入する場合は、事前に本規約および別途のポリシー（特定商取引法に基づく表記・返金ポリシー等）で条件をお知らせします。ベータ期間中に登録した利用者には、有料プラン導入時に特典（Pro 7日間無料の提供を予定）をご案内します。
利用者は、①法令・公序良俗に反する行為、②本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、③リバースエンジニアリング・不正アクセス・自動化された大量リクエスト等による不正利用、④第三者の権利を侵害する行為、⑤アカウントの不正共有・転売、を行ってはなりません。
本サービスおよびそのコンテンツ（教材・文法データ・UI等）に関する知的財産権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が入力したコンテンツ（学習履歴・音声等）の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本サービスは学習支援を目的として現状有姿で提供され、AIが生成する内容の完全な正確性を保証しません。当方は、法令上許容される範囲で、本サービスの利用に起因する損害について責任を負いません。
本規約は大韓民国法に準拠します。ただし、日本その他の利用者に適用される強行法規（消費者保護法令等）はこれを妨げません。
当方は本規約を必要に応じて変更でき、重要な変更は本ページで告知します。
These Terms govern your use of the Korean-learning service ocialingo ("the Service"), operated by OCIAL.Inc (주식회사 오셜), a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides AI-assisted Korean-language learning (lessons, conversation, pronunciation, grammar) as a web/PWA app. We may change, add, or discontinue features without prior notice.
Some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The Service is currently a free beta with no charges. If paid plans are introduced later, we will disclose the terms in advance in these Terms and separate policies. Users who sign up during the beta will receive a launch benefit (planned: 7 days of Pro free).
You must not: (i) violate law or public order; (ii) interfere with the Service's operation; (iii) reverse-engineer, gain unauthorized access, or send automated bulk requests; (iv) infringe others' rights; or (v) improperly share or resell accounts.
The Service and its content (curriculum, grammar data, UI) are owned by us or our licensors. Your inputs (learning history, audio) are handled per the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" for learning support; we do not warrant the complete accuracy of AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you.
We may update these Terms and will post material changes on this page.
